How does the system work ?

The ´Vegotech Buffertank´ has to be mounted on the forklift truck and gets connected between the main lpg tank and the lpg fuel inlet of the lpg installation on the forklift truck.

The´Vegotech Buffertank´ gets filled from the main lpg tank by holding a switch for a short time. After the ´Vegotech Buffertank` is filled up, it is possible to keep on working till the main lpg tank is  completely empty !  When the tank is drained the driver has to throw a switch to activate the ´Vegotech Buffertank´ system  and he will be able to keep on working. When the switch is in the active position, a sound will be heard to remind the driver to do a main lpg tank change or refill.

The ´Vegotech Buffertank` can hold about 2.5 liters of lpg. This is enough to keep on working for approximately another 30 minutes (depending on the lpg usage of the forklift truck). This normally gives enough time to finish the job and do a main tank change or refill.

After the main lpg tank has been changed or refilled the ´vegotech Buffertank´ also needs to be filled to its maximum using the method mentioned earlier. When finished refilling and putting the switch in its neutral position, it is possible to use the main lpg tank of the forklift again.
